Meet the Faces of Marley's Pet Rescue

 We often receive multiple applications for each animal, so we encourage you to apply early. Our priority is finding the best match for both the pet and their future family. 

 After reviewing applications, we move to the screening phase, which includes veterinary reference checks and a phone interview. Our Marley’s Pet Rescue team is happy to answer any questions throughout the adoption process.  

 Once your application is submitted and screening begins, a meet and greet may be arranged if the Marley’s Pet Rescue team feels it’s a good match. All household members should attend, as this meeting is an important step in the adoption process. If you are applying to adopt a dog and have another dog in the home, all dogs must attend the meet and greet to help ensure they are a good match. 

 Once the application, screening, and meet and greet are complete, we’ll arrange a home visit. In some cases, the home visit may take place before the meet and greet. 

Once all steps are complete and your family is approved, you’ll sign the adoption contract and submit the adoption fee. Congratulations—you’re ready to welcome your new family member home!
